Official Land-Office of Pennsylvania land grant document issued to Jacob Downing for "a grant of a tract of land, containing four hundred acres…in the county of Northumberland." Signed at the conclusion in ink by Thomas McKean as Chief Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. In fine condition.
