In particular the Central Committee of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union and the Council of Ministers of the Ukrainian SSR says you are to pay your attention to the following districts: A. Alexandrovsky, Belozersky, Genic, Ivanovsky, Novovorontsovsky, Nizhne-Seravozsky, Skadovsky, Kherson, due to which you can raise grain billets.
