Handsomely engraved stock certificate for 12 shares in the American Express Company, issued to John B. Wasson. Signed at the conclusion by Henry Wells as president, William Fargo as secretary, and Alex Holland as treasurer. Attractively mounted and framed to an overall size of 19.5 x 15. In very good to fine condition, with light staining, and some fading to Wells' signature.
