The black-and-white photos include five 'half-hemisphere' photos of Mars, several high-resolution close-ups of the planet's surface, a Martian dust storm, two of the Martian moon Phobos, and numerous mapping mosaics of the surface of Mars, one of which indicates the landing site selected for the Viking 1 lander.
