Vintage sepia matte-finish 3.75 x 5.5 photo of Cleveland from the shoulders-up, signed in fountain pen, "Grover Cleveland, Dec. 1895.” Affixed to its original mount to an overall size of 8 x 10. In very good to fine condition, with light surface scuffing, a small area of emulsion loss at the upper right corner, and somewhat irregular ink adhesion. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA.
