Document from L and H Company, supplementing an existing agreement with Rodgers and Hammerstein "in connection with the musical play Oklahoma." In part: "On June 8, 1953 there was assigned to L and H Company by written instrument executed by The Theatre Guild, Inc. in liquidation, all of The Theatre Guild, Inc.'s interest and rights in and to the musical play Oklahoma, including such rights as were previously acquired by The Theatre Guild, Inc. in and by the Dramatico-Musical production contract dated January 23, 1943." Signed at the conclusion in blue ballpoint by Rodgers and Hammerstein, and countersigned by theatrical producers Lawrence Langner and Theresa Helburn. In fine condition.
