Fantastic vintage glossy 8 x 10 photo of Sinatra lounging in a polka-dot shirt, signed and inscribed in fountain pen "For Kayo, Sincerely, Frank Sinatra.” In fine condition, with some scattered light creasing. The original recipient, “Kayo,” assembled a well-known in-person collection through his job as a train conductor, where he acquired celebrities’ autographs as they rode the train.
