Issued as "No. 09762," the booklet has Birkemeyer's portrait and signature inside, identifying her nationality, address, and profession. In fine condition. A two-time Olympic medalist, Birkemeyer earned bronze for her third-place finish in the 80-meter hurdles in 1960.
