A legal document by Edward Griswold, authorizing Burr "to receive the costs due from the complainant to the above named defendants on the dismissal of his Bill against them," signed at the conclusion by Burr. Includes a second document signed by John Pelletrease, empowering Aaron Burr to "to release and discharge John Wood from all claims for Costs on my behalf." In fine condition.
