Official bracket-bound NASA manual entitled “Apollo Operations Handbook Block II Spacecraft, Volume 1 Spacecraft Description,” (Contract NAS 9-150, Exhibit I, Paragraph 10.3), prepared under the direction of the Spacecraft Systems Branch / Flight Crew Support Division. The manual, 9 x 11.5 x 2, dated March 1, 1967, is marked in felt tip on the spine textblock, “RLP,” and the front cover, “AOH, Block II, Vol. I.” The manual is comprised of three main sections—Spacecraft, Systems Data, and Controls and Displays—and includes two appendices for Symbols and Definitions and Alphabetical Index. In fine condition, with wear to the covers, and some rubbing to the title page. An early NASA manual related to the Block II CSM, the functional mothership for the historic Apollo Program moon-landings.
