Chinese diplomat (1888-1985) who was one of China's representatives at the Paris Peace Conference of 1919 and served as ambassador to France, Great Britain, and the United States. Vintage matte-finish 8 x 10 photo of the influential diplomat by Miller of Washington, signed in fountain pen, "With best wishes, yours sincerely, V. K. Wellington Koo." In fine condition, a light paperclip impression to the upper left corner, and trivial dings to the right edge.
