Letter to Richard Fleischer in Dresden, in part (translated): "Travels and constant occupations have not allowed me to send you the article you requested, but I hasten to send you the bulletin of the Interoceanic Canal which has just appeared and from which you can make the extracts which you deem useful. This collection, which I will be happy to send to you each time, will keep you fully informed of the question. Please accept, Mr. Editor, the expression of my consideration." In fine condition.
