Vintage 1:40 scale contractor model of an Apollo spacecraft by Walter J. Hyatt, Inc., standing approximately 20.5″ tall, features the payload section of the craft: the command and service module with the escape rocket and tower. The capsule is set upon a black plastic 7″ base with an affixed North American Rockwell label for the ‘AAP 56 Day CSM’ program; the Hyatt label is affixed to the underside. In very good to fine condition, with scattered soiling, toning, and scuffs, and missing paint to the escape tower.
