Hand-painted 'Christ Pantocrator' illuminated miniature accomplished in tempera and gold leaf, 3 x 3.75, portraying Jesus Christ at half-length, with his right hand raised, holding a closed book in his left hand. Matted and framed to an overall size of 10.75 x 14.5, with an annotation on the reverse attributing the illumination to the school of Neri da Rimini, leader of a 14th-century Italian workshop. In fine condition.
