A State Athletic Commission of California eye examination report for a boxing and/or wrestling license, which is filled out in type and lists the results of an exam held for Primo Carnera. The exam notes his age (“45”), his marital status, address, native state (“Italy”), his school and year of graduation (“University of Georgia, 1943”), and lists both right and left eyes as being “20/20,” with the physician deeming them to be in “Good” condition. Signed at the conclusion in ink by Carnera. The word "Boxer's" in the header has been struck through in red ink. In fine condition, with edge wear and short tears, mainly to bottom edge.
