Handwritten discharge document for a veteran of the Revolution, in full: "It appearing by certificate from Colonel Swift that the time for which James Wilcox a Soldier in the 2d Connecticutt regiment was engaged expired the 26th inst. he is hereby discharged from the Army." In very good to fine condition, with scattered light staining. Encapsulated in a PSA/DNA authentication holder.
