Partly-printed DS, signed “George R. I.,” one page, 16 x 12, November 17, 1914. King George V appoints Percy Russell Grace "to be an Officer in Our Special Reserve of Officers…in the Rank of 2nd Lieutenant." The embossed paper seal affixed to the left side remains intact. In very good to fine condition, with soiling and light staining.
