The official 'bill signer' pen measures 5.25″ long and features a navy-blue plastic barrel bearing a silver facsimile signature and a silver-tone cap section. Mounted and cloth-matted and framed with its original presentation box and cover, which bears a preprinted signature, and a printed copy of the original signed statute to an overall size of 26.75 x 23.5. In fine condition, with scuffing to the pen, and noticeable wear to the frame.
