Hand-addressed envelope panel, 4.5 x 2.75, filled out in Wellington's hand and dated at "London, May second 1829," addressed to "Rev'd George Wilkinson, Moresby, Whitehaven," and franked in the lower left corner, "Free, Wellington." Double-matted and framed with a portrait to an overall size of 11.25 x 16.5; frame backing bears a Goodspeed's Book Shop label. In fine condition, with scattered light foxing.
