The cross is topped by a crown and a purple ribbon. Includes its original black presentation case.
The medal is accompanied by a three-ring binder containing 16 vintage glossy photos, 8 x 10 and 10 x 8, each featuring images of the Apollo 15 crew prior to and during their attendance of the 22nd International Astronautical Congress, with each photo bearing affixed typed captions. In overall fine to very good condition, with wear to hinge of medal case, binder dings (and small tears) to edges of photos, which also feature some show-through from adhesive.
