The diagrams feature multiple views of the improved brake mechanism design. The top borders read: "383,167 Complete Specification." The lower borders feature the printed text: "Malby & Sons, Photo-Litho." The left borders read: "This Drawing is a reproduction of the Original on a reduced scale." Includes the printed British "Patent Specification" document, two pages both sides, which describes the invention as "an improved means adapted to ensure that in the event of failure of any one part of the assembly at least two brakes will still remain available for operation." The specification sheet bears a "U.S. Patent Office Library" ink stamp on the first page. In fine condition.
