Description

American physicist (1910-1989) who won the 1956 Nobel Prize in Physics for his development of the transistor. FDC with a cachet honoring 'Progress in Electronics,' with an image of Walter Brattain, William Shockley, and John Bardeen, signed in black ink, "W=Shockley," who adds a sketch of a transistor. In very fine condition.
