President Eisenhower appoints John Wesley Jones, of Iowa, as “Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the United States of America to the United Kingdom of Libya.” Signed at the conclusion by Eisenhower. The white paper seal affixed to lower left remains intact. Framed and in fine condition, with the signature slightly faded.
