Brad's Beatles miscellany—albums, singles, and picture discs

Brad Delp’s personal collection of Beatles material, consisting mostly of records from the band and their solo endeavors, plus some ephemera. Records include: Let It Be; The Beatles at the Hollywood Bowl; ’The British Are Coming’ 3-D picture disc with 3-D glasses; Live Peace in Toronto 1969 by the Plastic Ono Band; John Lennon’s Wedding Album; a ‘Milk and Honey’ picture disc by John Lennon and Yoko Ono; a ‘Spies Like Us (Party Mix)’ picture disc by Paul McCartney; a ‘No More Lonely Nights (Extended Version)’ picture disc by Paul McCartney; Red Rose Speedway by Paul McCartney and Wings; Venus and Mars by Wings; a ‘We All Stand Together’ picture disc by Paul McCartney; and a special bicentennial collector’s edition of Wings From The Wings.

45 rpm 7″ singles include: ‘Love Me Do / P.S. I Love You’ issued in 1982; ‘Let It Be / You Know My Name (Look Up My Number)’; a rare collector’s edition single, “Fab Four 101,” of ‘What a Shame Mary Jane Had a Pain at the Party / L.S. Bumble Bee’; a Magical Mystery Tour booklet containing singles of ‘Magical Mystery Tour / Your Mother Should Know / I Am The Walrus’ and ‘The Fool on the Hill / Flying / Blue Jay Way’; ’Junior’s Farm / Sally G’ by Paul McCartney and Wings; ‘Another Day / Oh Woman, Oh Why’ by Paul McCartney; ‘My Sweet Lord / Isn’t It a Pity’ by George Harrison; and ’(Just Like) Starting Over / Kiss Kiss Kiss’ by John Lennon and Yoko Ono.

Beatles ephemera includes: a postcard depicting the group against a pink background; an album flat for The Beatles / 1967-1970; a few copies of Beatles fan club letters; and a framed postage stamp sheet from the Republic of Chad honoring John Lennon. In overall very good to fine condition. Brad Delp was strongly influenced by the Beatles, and he revered the songwriting talents of Lennon and McCartney. After finding tremendous success with Boston, Delp formed a Beatles tribute band called Beatlejuice in the 1990s.
