I am greatly obliged by your kind attentions…Other engagements for the day compel me to decline Mr. Richard Murchison’s polite invitation & I will thank you to make my apology acceptable to him.” In fine condition, with an old mounting tape remnant to left edge. Accompanied by a portrait bearing a preprinted signature.
