Collection of three DSs signed by Kern, including:

DS, one page, 8.5 x 12.25, June 2, 1945. Assignment of copyright contract, in which Kern assigns, transfers, and sets over "unto T. B. Harms Company, the renewal copyrights for the United States in and to the musical compositions: Sun Starts to Shine Again…Little Tune Go Away…Funny Little Something…I Was Lonely…Moments of the Dance…Mitzi's Lullaby…There's No Better Use For Time Than Kissing." Signed at the conclusion by Kern. Attached to the left side is a rider bearing the official Library of Congress Copyright seal and ribbon. In fine condition.

DS, signed “Jerome D. Kern,” one page, 8 x 13, July 10, 1925. Assignment of Canadian Copyright contract for the "musical work entitled: 'Whip-Poor-Will.'" Signed at the conclusion by Kern, and countersigned by Bud DeSylva. In fine condition, with small area of paper loss to the upper right corner, and light paperclip impression and staple holes to top left.

DS, signed "Jerome D. Kern," one page, 8 x 13, August 18, 1924. Assignment of Canadian Copyright contract for the "musical work entitled: 'Ka-lu-a.'" Signed at the conclusion by Kern as the composer. In very good to fine condition, with creasing and staple holes to the upper left corner.
