Apollo Command Module Crew Couch (Block II) Restraint System, consisting of a brown lap belt and two shoulder straps interfacing with the lap belt at the buckle. This was one of three restraint harness systems installed on the Block II Apollo Command module. The harness was on and locked during all spacecraft maneuvers when g-loads were expected such as launch, changes in velocity, docking, entry and landing. In fine condition.
