American cartoonist (1904–1993) best known as the creator of the popular character Little Lulu. Original vintage signed ink, graphite, and watercolor sketch of a stylishly dressed couple in apparent mid-dance on an off-white 6 x 9.5 album page, signed in black ink, “Sincerely—Marge.” In fine condition.
