Philippe Soupault

French writer, poet, and political activist (1897–1990) who was active in Dadaism and later founded the Surrealist movement with Andre Breton. Purple felt tip signature, “Mrs. Daniela Blaschke, avec ma sympathie, Philippe Soupault, 1983,” on a white 5.75 x 4 card with an affixed artistic image of the French poet. In fine condition, with a single trivial crease. Pre-certified PSA/DNA.
