Mortgage document concerning “loans not to exceed $2,250,000.00 to be made by Security-First National Bank…to Ashton Productions, Inc….for the production of a motion picture tentatively entitled ‘Some Like It Hot.’” Signed at the conclusion in fountain pen by Curtis. In fine condition, with expected document wear. Accompanied by a full letter of authenticity from PSA/DNA. An excellent document related to one of Curtis’s greatest films.
