Tsiang,” on an off-white 5.25 x 8.5 sheet of letterhead for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of China to the United Nations. In fine condition, with a vertical fold passing through a single letter of his signature and tiny toned tape remnants to edge. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
