Chinese historian and diplomat (1895–1965) who served as ambassador to the US and principal delegate to the United Nations. Fountain pen signatures in English and Chinese, “Tingfu F. Tsiang,” on an off-white 5.25 x 8.5 sheet of letterhead for the Permanent Mission of the Republic of China to the United Nations. In fine condition, with a vertical fold passing through a single letter of his signature and tiny toned tape remnants to edge. Accompanied by the original mailing envelope.
