Wealthy Philadelphia businessman who perished in the Titanic disaster (1861–1912). Partly-printed DS, signed “Geo. Widener,” one page both sides, 11.5 x 8, stamp-dated October 4, 1905. Stock certificate for 100 shares of the Philadelphia Traction Company, signed at the conclusion by Widener.
