Indenture between Vanderbilt and the New York Central and Hudson River Railroad Company regarding the foreclosure sale of a property near Battery Park. Document is affixed at the top to its original 7.75 x 13.25 storage folder, and bears a small red seal affixed beside Vanderbilt’s signature.
