Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.75 x 13.5, May 17, 1924. President Coolidge appoints Charles E. Robinson “Notary Public for the District of Columbia.” Signed at the conclusion by Coolidge and countersigned by “Attorney General Harlan Stone.” Double suede matted and framed with a portrait and a biographical plaque to an overall size of 25.5 x 29.5. In very good condition, with intersecting folds, a couple possibly repaired on the reverse, uniform toning and scattered light foxing and soiling. Oversized.
