Russian composer (1864–1956) who studied with Rimsky-Korsakov and produced five symphonies and much other orchestral, sacred, and chamber music. Rare original 4.25 x 6.5 cabinet photo by S. Felser of Kazan, Russia, signed and inscribed in red ink in Cyrillic, “A. Gretchaninoff,” and dated 1907. In very good condition, with moderate to heavy contrast to portions of signature and inscription, pin hole to top edge, light rubbing to background, and light corner bumps. RRAuction COA.
