Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General land Office Elijah Hayward. Matted and framed with a small color portrait of Jackson, to an overall size of 26.5 x 18. Two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, circular area of toning over beginning of signature, as well as other scattered light toning and soiling, portions of handwritten text a bit light, but still legible, and mild edge wear, otherwise very good condition.
