Andrew Jackson

Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 10, November 16, 1830. President Jackson grants almost 80 acres of land in Alabama to George W. Brame. Signed at the conclusion by Jackson and countersigned by Commissioner of the General land Office Elijah Hayward. Matted and framed with a small color portrait of Jackson, to an overall size of 26.5 x 18. Two vertical folds, one through a single letter of signature, circular area of toning over beginning of signature, as well as other scattered light toning and soiling, portions of handwritten text a bit light, but still legible, and mild edge wear, otherwise very good condition. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RR Auction COA.
