Leland” as president one page both sides, 10.75 x 8.25, January 21, 1894. A certificate for 150 shares of stock in the Lincoln Motor Company issued to LeRoi J. Williams. Countersigned by William T. Nash as secretary. In very good condition with light folds passing through both signatures, “VOID” written across the document with both squiggly lines passing through each name, a touch of mild soiling and handling wear.
