Signed at the conclusion by Taft and countersigned by Postmaster General Frank Hitchcock. Archivally double matted and framed with a portrait of Taft and a name plaque to an overall size of 29.25 x 19.5. In good condition, with moderate creasing, with a few small creases lightly affecting signature, scattered soiling, and a uniform shade of toning, with several smaller areas of heavier toning.
