In full: “I have received your kind telegram of congratulations of the 19th of June with much pleasure and thank you for remembering me.” Letter bears a Panama Railroad office stamp dated July 9, 1908. In very good condition, with central horizontal and vertical fold, one through a single letter of signature, aforementioned stamp, and light overall haloing to typed text.
