Partly-printed DS as president, one page, 15.5 x 10, December 1, 1830. President Jackson grants Elfonso Morrell 80 acres of land in Springfield, Illinois. Signed at the conclusion by Jackson, and countersigned by Commissioner of the General Land Office Elijah Hayward. In very good condition, with intersecting storage folds, two through single letters of signature, scattered toning, and written portions of the document fairly light, but mostly legible.
