Vintage ink signature, “Buddy Holly,” on an off-white 4 x 2.75 lightly-lined slip, also bearing another unknown signature. Slip is affixed to a trimmed scrapbook page with another slip signed by Frankie Sardo, and the original ticket for the January 27 Winter Dance Party featuring Buddy Holly and the Crickets, the event where autograph was actually obtained. In fine condition, with some mild toning and slight show-through from adhesive on reverse. This signature was obtained merely one week before Holly’s untimely passing on February 3, 1959, further stressing this item’s importance in the history of Rock and Roll.
