Partly printed DS as President, one page on vellum, 13 x 9, July 1, 1822. A grant for a parcel of land in Franklin, Missouri, issued to John Miller, assignee of James Savage. The embossed seal remains intact at lower left. In very good condition, with vertical creases (one to last name), tiny chip to top edge, scattered soiling and light staining, and irregular left edge (evidently original to sheet). The signature is clear and dark. Pre-certified John Reznikoff/PSA/DNA and RRAuction COA.
