Manuscript DS, signed “H. C. Frick,” one lightly lined page both sides, 8.5 x 13.75, April 11, 1879. A lease between Thomas J. Kenney and H. C. Frick & Co. for a parcel of land in Mifflin Township, Pennsylvania “for the purpose of erecting thereon a coke and coal tipple and all necessary appurtenances thereto for the successful operation of said tipple.” Countersigned by several others.
