Vintage matte-finish 4 x 4.75 photo on a 4.75 x 7.25 card mount, signed in fountain pen on the mount “Winston S. Churchill.” Accompanied by a 1948 secretarial TLS of transmittal including thanks for “your subscription to the Party Fund.” A few faint spots to image, small, unobtrusive crease to lower left corner of mount, and a few light stains (easily matted out) and light staining to the mount (the latter near but not touching signature), otherwise fine condition.
