Lengthy appointment of Commissioners to the St. Louis Exhibition of 1904, designating the Prince of Wales (later George V) as president of the delegation. In all, 35 notables are named, including Arthur Wellesley, Earl Howe, Baron Inverclyde, F. G. Ogilvie, Sir Lawrence Alma-Tadema, and Edwin A. Abbey.
