An engraved note for two shillings and sixpence issued by the General Assembly of Pennsylvania, signed in ink by Morton and countersigned by two others. In good condition, with intersecting folds (pinhole at intersection; tiny separations with repairs from reverse; vertical fold to first name), and heavy toning and soiling.
