Manuscript DS, signed “Benj. Harrison,” one page, 14.25 x 16.75, September 1, 1783. A grant for a parcel of land in Monongalia County issued to John Green. Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 26.5 x 24. In fair condition, with intersecting folds (vertical fold through first name of signature), partial and complete separations (several tape repairs and associated stains touching text), trimmed edges, and a few chips, tears, and wrinkles. The signature is dark, clear, and otherwise unaffected. R&R COA. Oversized.
