An engraved three-pound note issued by the Provincial Congress of New Jersey, signed in ink by Hart and countersigned by two others. Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 10.25 x 17.25. Light soiling and a small spot, away from Hart’s signature, otherwise fine condition.
