A sight draft for thirty dollars made out to Samuel Treat “for Interest due on Money borrowed by the United States.” Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 14.5 x 20.5. Very faint vertical fold and light show-through from docketing to reverse, no faults affecting the large, bold signature, otherwise fine, fresh condition.
