A receipt acknowledging payments to Rush from the estate of Major Peter Scull for “Sundry medicines, advice and attendance to himself….” Matted and framed with a portrait and engraved plaque to an overall size of 18.75 x 15.25. Intersecting folds, a few edge tears, wrinkles, and small spots, and faint show-through from docketing on reverse, otherwise fine condition, no faults affecting the clear, dark signature.
